We have three Notaries Public for your convenience.
Our Notary Service is free at this time.
Beginning September 1, 2014, we will start
charging $1.00 per seal.

SELF SERVICE COPIERS/PRINTERS
We have self service Copiers/Printers available for public use both.
upstairs in our computer lab and downstairs near our Circulation Desk.
Cost to print B/W pages is 15 cents per page and
cost to print Color pages is 50 cents per page.
FAX AND SCAN SERVICE
We have a self service FAX machine that accepts Credit/Debit Cards or Fax Cards purchased from us at the Circulation Desk. The cost to send a fax is $1.75 for the first page and $1.00 per additional page. We receive faxes at 251-943-8637 at 50 cents per page. ALSO, you may SCAN documents/pictures and save to your flash drive or send directly to your email for FREE!
DEDICATED BOOK/MATERIAL SCANNER
We have a FREE dedicated (not part of a copier or printer) book scanner for your convenience. You may scan any book or other material directly as a .pdf, .tif, .jpg file and save it to your flashdrive or email it to yourself. It is perfect for digitizing old diaries, notebooks or official papers. This scanner is located upstairs in our Genealogy Department.
BALDWIN COUNTY MACBOOK AIR STUDENT COMPUTER
We have a MacBook Air laptop computer like those used by students in our Baldwin County School System. It has Pages, Numbers and Keynote software. Any student or parent may check it out for IN LIBRARY use. Please come upstairs to the Computer Lab and inquire at the desk.
SKYPE ENABLED WEB CAM
We now have a computer equipped with a web cam that is available for you to visually and verbally communicate with your military family and friends. This computer is also available to the public for video conferencing, but military families will have first priority. The computer is located in the second floor meeting room.
Bring your cell phones (no cords), ink jet cartridges and compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFL's) to the library for recycling!
Bring in your laptop computer and connect anytime. No passwords, registration or cost involved.
EMAIL PRINTER SERVICE
Don't have a printer with you? Send your documents to email@example.com, then stop by the library to print them! No need to sign in to the computer lab or bring your computer with you. Printed documents are .15 cents per page for black and white copies; .50 cents per page for color. We will keep a document in our email archive for one week only. No confirmation will be sent. You are welcome to call 251-943-7665 to check on your email. We will not print prior to your arrival at the library. Do not use this email as a contact point as they will not be read regularly.
