BE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR "PATRON ID"  --- WHICH IS THE ENTIRE NUMBER ON YOUR LIBRARY CARD.

Example:  20435120703631[all 14 digits, no spaces]

AND YOUR "PIN"  -- WHICH CONSISTS OF THE LAST FOUR (4) NUMBERS ON YOUR LIBRARY CARD.

Example:  3631  [4 last digits, no spaces, including the one off by itself]

WHEN PROMPTED, ENTER THOSE NUMBERS IN THE APPROPRIATE BLOCKS.

CLICK ON "SUBMIT REQUEST."

TO RENEW ITEMS, CLICK ON "LOANS" UNDER QUICK VIEW.  CHOOSE ITEMS YOU WISH TO RENEW BY CLICKING ON THE BOX TO THE LEFT OF THE TITLE & THEN HITTING "RENEW" ON THE TOP GRAY ROW.  "RENEW" WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE UNTIL YOU CLICK SOME OF THE TITLES.

IF, AFTER FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS, YOUR BOOKS/MATERIALS WILL NOT RENEW, THERE MAY BE A BLOCK ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
