FREE eAudiobooks are available to Foley Library Card holders only.

Foley Library Card holders must register for NETLIBRARY at the library.  There is a computer on the first floor specifically for that purpose.

Once registered, eAudiobooks can be downloaded from any computer.  We recommend using your home computer, but you are welcome to use our Computer Lab upstairs.

eAudiobooks are compatible with most MP3 players, with some titles compatible with IPod and IPhone.  A list of compatible players can be found at: http://www.oclc.org/audiobooks/techspecs/devices.htm

Classic ebooks (text) are also availble for download onto your computer for reading.

There are approximately 2,640 audiobooks online for download, with more added each month.

You may request that we add certain eAudiobooks to our collection.  Just fill in a request form at the library.

eAudiobooks are checked out for 21 days.  You may renew as often as you like.  On the 21st day, the book will disappear from your device.

How to use our eAudiobook system:

  • Come to the library.  You MUST register for the Audiobook/Download system at the Foley Public Library.

  • At the Foley Public Library, use the eAudiobook Computer to register.  There, you will choose a Username and Password.

  • Note:  You MUST be a Foley Public Library patron, but your Foley Public Library Card is NOT your audiobook Username and Password!

  • Once registered at the library eAudiobook computer and having obtained your eAudiobook Username and Password, you will be able to access the NETLIBRARY login page from any computer with Internet access!

  • If you download your books at home, we recommend you use the NETLIBRARY MEDIA CENTER which is offered on the first page of the Netlibrary log in site.  It is free, safe and a great tool for keeping track of your books!
